"Who is it" was the 6th single taken from the album "Dangerous" in U.S.A. 
It has been released months later than its launch in the european countries (in which it was the fourth taken from the album), and instead of "Give in to me" : after the huge success of Michael's appearance in the "Oprah Winfrey Show", in which he sang an acappella version of the song (used as a special intro in the edited versions of this U.S. releases), the Sony marketing plans changed and even though the "Give in to me" video got a premiere during the show, "Who is it" was distributed instead.
The U.S. cds in the pictures have all the same catalogue number but...different stickers. 
I bought one from U.S.A., one from Canada and one from Australia, that's why I think that this press has had a distribution also in these countries.
The stickers should identify the country of distribution, altough on the back inserts and on the cds themselves is written "made in USA". 
The white sticker (PICTURE #1) is for the australian copy, the red one (PICTURE #2) is for Canada, while the black/red (PICTURE #3) - the most common - is for the U.S. release.
